I was very impressed by Julio. He was very knowledgeable, reasonable, and really went above and beyond to help me figure out what all was needed to repair my vehicle. He was professional and fit me in quickly. Quality work. Would highly recommend. And he has cute dogs. Can't beat it.

Inspection was very thorough and gave us lots of info on other repairs needed. I also appreciate that Julio tells you what’s the most serious problem versus what should get done. We had some bad engine and transmission mounts and now that they are charged, we noticed the car runs quieter and smoother. The repairs were well done, fast and Julio is very professional. We have had some bad experiences with some other mechanics, but Julio is a really good mechanic. I would recommend Julio for any car repairs.

Had my 95 truck towed to NCA when it died & I could not get it restarted. Julio got my trucks issue diagnosed and fixed within a couple days. He was friendly & responsive to phone calls, questions & concerns. When I asked about him doing some additional services while he had it, he accommodated my request without hesitation & within a very reasonable amount of time; even getting it done quicker than I thought possible. He maintained good contact throughout the repair progress and his pricing was fair. We will be retuning for any future repairs and would definitely recommend NCA.

I read all of the reviews and knew we were in good hands. From the start, all of my interactions with North Central Automotive were great; Julio was very good at listening to and assessing the situation, he was knowledgeable about the issues we had, and was willing to do the necessary troubleshooting to solve our problem. I highly recommend North Central Automotive, they were courteous, prompt at troubleshooting and had our truck repaired as soon as the parts were in. Throughout the process we were given updates and made fully aware of where we were in the process. Our truck was towed to him on a Friday, and fully repaired before the following Friday.
