The Repair Mall

Got me in, got me out! In my view, very fast and efficient. Even though it was a engine solenoid replacement, they checked the air in my tires. I appreciate that. Car ran better for a very reasonable price. Only thing missing was a hot cup of coffee! Lol!

My 18 year old son took his car there and the lady immediately said transmission without even looking at the problem. We took it took another shop and it cost less than $300 to fix. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

This is the only Mechanic Shop I take my vehicles to. The owner is amazing along with her mechanics!

Most unprofessional customer service and the mechanics knowledge is very questionable. They have had a vehicle of my sons for over a year, lie after lie we intervened to be lied to some more. They have ripped me off thousands of dollars to have a vehicle that still does not work and the problems are due to errors they made installing a motor. They take no ownership in their errors, my husband is a 40+ year mechanic and has had multiple conversations with them where he gets off the phone saying this can not be a mechanic I’m talking to. He has so much as faxed them wiring diagrams to try and help them work through the problems. They tell us it is done and we drive 6 hours to come get it and ask directly will this car give us any trouble driving 6 hours back home to be told “I can’t think of

Very disappointed in The Repair Mall. Our college student hit an animal in the area of the shop, her car was towed there for repair. The wrong parts were put on and put on incorrectly at that. Repairs were not appropriately made and a week and a half later, her car ended up in another shop(Chevrolet dealership at Walnut Ridge) with more issues than what was originally to have been fixed, due to lack of doing a job correctly. This is not a shop I would ever recommend for anyone. It felt like they were just taking advantage of a young college girl. Shame on you Repair Mall!! They made no offer at all to help with problems, and it ended up costing an additional $1400 on top of the $1100 that we had already paid to The Repair Mall. Very poor service in my opinion. 1 star was only given in orde
