Was very excited as he told me to swing by that day so he can start the quote, after he took a look at my vehicle he said it would be a few days as he was super busy. 5 days shy of a month later he finally sent the quote, to the person who referred me not to me.. He got his payment check ordered parts, never once communicating with me, the small communications we did have was "it will be about two week" "end of the week and I will reach out" answers. He received my parts and never reached out to tell me or set a day to drop my car off. Was suggested here for repairs. We paid in full and tried countless times to set up a date and time. Got tired of it after nine months, and want a full refund. For now he's 'working on it.' Its been almost two months since then. Do not go here.

My SUV looks great and the work was delivered in the timeframe quoted for less $$$ than it would have cost me at other larger shops. Will definitely be going back to North Coast Customz!
