The team at North county Ford has been amazing to work with! Super friendly, very knowledgeable when it comes to details about the trucks. I've bought 3 in the last 3 months if that says anything.

My key stopped working because the buttons broke. I couldnt auto lock or unlock. I went in and apoke with svc adv Aaron Serrano. The parts dept had a key and he told me he could have the key cut and programmed today. He then proceeded to explain how the process worked and gave me a work order estimate. I was going to wait a 2-3hrs because I had nothing else to do that day. Aaron said hey I will get you a Lyft back home and arrange one to pick you you up to retrieve my vehicle once the repairs are completed. Just as he explained about 2hrs my vehicle was done with the key repairs. Over all my experience was very good. I knew I needed a brake job in the front. Got a quick, efficient multipoint inspection with a video of the mechanic and hia findings. Only needed front brakes and got them done fast. I also receivsd.some recommendations for transfer case and differential maintenance that I will follow up on soon. Uber rides from and to the dealer. Anetcy and the team were great and went the extra mile. Very satisfied.

I came here to get my Bronco serviced and worked with Nick Rodriguez. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle inspection also indicated my tires are near the end of use, which I knew would be a note of the report, Nick was able to provide me with different options for when I was ready to change them. He even emailed me another set of quotes based on the additional features I was looking for. My car was completed right on time as they had estimated without any issues. I didn't spend much time in the service area but while I was there the location was comfortable. They even have the convenience of rentals and Uber pick up on site.
