Absolute worst car care I have ever experienced. I brought my van to north end to have the muffler fixed, then had to return because they bolted it incorrectly. I then returned to have the transmission replaced, a very expensive job but despite my previous visit I had heard good things about them and were one of the only places in town capable of doing it. Instead of removing the y pipe to get the engine out, they cut straight through it, permanently ruining the pipe. I understand not everyone will understand this but that is the absolute laziest and most harmful way to remove an engine demonstrating how horribly unprofessional they are.
