North End Subaru Parts

The WORST. Have had my Subaru Forester there since August and never receive updates and their service department has been absolutely useless not only with communication (being promised weekly that it should and will be done), but also with getting the actual repair done. Unless you wish to waste time and money, avoid this dealership like the plague.

Ordered some dealer only parts through the North End Subaru Portal on the Subaru website. They were shipped to the dealer and at my door in a couple days. Was supposed to be a customer pick up but they did the courtesy of delivering them anyway. Parts fit, repair went well. Great experience.

Great service from North End Subaru Parts Department. I have used them twice, once picking out and paying for the item at the counter, and once ordering the item online and picking it up an hour later. They were super helpful both in person and over the phone. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Thule kayak kit for the top of my car and it was delivered to my house a few hours later from North End Subaru. It was very easy to use the website, great quality and very fast. I highly recommend getting your parts from them!

The parts manager, Andrew, was superb in getting our parts promptly. He was friendly and engaging and made the entire process simple. I definitely will return to North End Subaru, and Andrew, when I need parts for my Subaru and I will highly recommend the same to others.
