North Fork Car Wash

I took my truck yesterday to wash it. The service is terrible. I paid for the deluxe package, which is quite expensive for the service I received and the condition my truck was left in after the wash. Many areas of the truck are still dirty. To make matters worse, my truck got scratched.

Came in December asking about pricing, and the young man told me that they were having a “deal” this month- unlimited car washes for $10. Ok, but come January, I look at my bank account and was charged $38 dollars. He did NOT communicate that my card would be held in system and automatically charged the regular $38 after this December “deal” I had to go down there in person to demand a refund from the manager who was initially the bad communicator. Had a bit of an unapologetic attitude however he did issue me the refund promptly. Just bad communication skills all around. Side note: The obnoxiously loud & aggressive rap music playing inside is not pleasant. Should be neutral for everyone’s sake.

Been here a couple times always seems like there's something breaking in the machine. First time they said the wash machine was broken and offered a hand wash that did not get my car clean and the second time the car in front of me got stuck and required the staff to get a large metal bar and manually push it out. Also overpriced and my car was not totally clean after.

$42 for the deluxe service which does not even include the interior whatsoever and the exterior was done extremely poorly. I could have done a better job in my driveway in 5 minutes that's what I'll do next time.

Great car wash under new ownership. If you get your car washed more than twice a month, the membership is worth it. Staff is also very good.
