I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I can only put one . I have used Scott Tyler’s for many years and after going there the other day there is no more Scott Tyler’s . Scott is gone as well as Lisa . Lisa was always so accommodating and professional and would go out of her way to help you . While Scott was trust worthy and reliable . Now some new people own it and I will never go back . The lady in the front is rude and only wants to rip you off . I went in for simple inspection with a car I only drive in to work 3 miles from my house and back home . They told me I needed 6 different things done to pass and would cost 4300$ . Mind you this car has low mileage and doesn’t go far . This is not Scott Tyler’s anymore . They only want to take your money for things you don’t need done y

Tyler’s is the only auto repair facility I use. They are professional , accomodating and stand behind their work. And Lisa in the office is terrific. I also appreciate the night drop. Makes it so much easier to schedule into my day.

My wife takes her 2018 Hyundai Kona there & is always happy with the service & care she gets to her car as well. Scott Tyler bent over backwards to schedule an early date for an slow tire leak. Lisa, I think that’s her name, who manages the desk could not be a more lovely person. I’m observed her interactions with other customers. She treated everyone the same way. Respectful and helpful. Their work is excellent, and prices fair. I highly advise using them.
