Title: Disappointing Service and Poor Tire Installation I recently purchased and had new tires installed on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at North Jackson Tire in Tullahoma, paying $174.50 for the service. Unfortunately, the installation was not performed correctly, resulting in a noticeable vibration as soon as I drove away. I returned the same day and was told the tires were balanced properly, but the vibration continued. As someone familiar with tire mounting, I pointed out that off-road tires (35x12.50R17) typically have red and yellow dots that should align with the valve stem for proper balancing. Easy to make an appt. Got me in and out. Very knowledgable and do a good job. I just dont like that they charge extra to use a credit card when they want your business.
