North Lamar Body Shop was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Mark, the owner, is incredibly friendly, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. He gave me a fair and transparent estimate for the body work my car needed and then went above and beyond to make it happen — even driving all the way to Houston to personally pick up the parts. After being rear-ended, my car had significant damage to the rear, and Mark had it repaired in just a few days. He kept me informed the entire time, patiently answered all of my questions, and even provided a loaner car so I wouldn’t be stranded. Mark runs this shop. He is very nice and fair. Him and his team repaired my car shockingly quicker than I anticipated. I left very happy with the work done. I would recommend their services to any and everyone. I feel assured in knowing if I have any issues in the future, this is the place I would come to.

Mark is great!!! I had to get my car towed when the engine wouldn't turnover and North Lamar Auto Body was the closest with good reviews. Believe the good reviews because this shop gives five star service. Mark is super personable and communicative, and his prices are super fair. Any future auto work I need, I'm going to Mark first.

Great shop to work with! They are very responsive with phone calls. Some other shops in Austin said they would take my car in 4 months from now for hail damage repair, but Mark was able to take in and service immediately. And they did a great job and it looks great now!
