Made an appointment here based on the good reviews, but I wish I’d read the bad ones too. Even with an appointment, simple repairs took twice as long as they quoted, and at the price they charged I won’t be going back. If I take my car to a shop for something simple, im paying for convenience, and I didn’t get that here plain and simple. In the future I’ll do the work myself. I want to give a huge shout out and thank you for your towing service today. I was enroute to spend the afternoon with my daughter and grandchildren when my car lost power on the interstate and struggled to make it to the nearest exit. When I called for roadside assistance assistance, I was told the tow truck would arrive in 90 minutes. To my surprise, it arrived in 10 minutes and the gentleman took me to the airport to get a rental car after dropping the car at the service shop. What could have been a very long and stressful ordeal turned into a experience that allowed me to continue with my plans with a minor delay. I am so appreciative of your help and kindness. After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.
