Honestly the wife and I were headed to Castroville when we saw this dealership. We decided to stop to look around. Well we ended up purchasing a SUV that evening. Our salesman was Daniel Alcantar. He did amazing job through the whole process. We will definitely be back soon for a truck.

Had the greatest experience at Northpark CDJR castroville I had an absolute wonderful time with the saleswoman named Fabiola super kind super informative and so willing to help in every possible way! Walked in and drove out with my dream car! Definitely recommending this dealership along with recommending anyone who’s reading this to ask for Fabiola(saleswoman) and Willy vanta(finance manager) great people who are so helpful and knowledgeable!

I just finished purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, it wasn't the smoothest transaction I've had. There were a few hiccups we had to sort out during negotiation. However, I was very impressed with my sales rep, Stephen Sanders. All the hurdles we had to go through were out of his control. I could tell he tried his absolute best and had my interests in mind. I would definitely recommend using Stephen the next time you are visiting this dealership for the purchase or your next vehicle!

This dealership completely failed to protect our personal information. We were sold a truck with tags still registered to the previous owner. Because of their negligence, toll bills were sent to him. We immediately paid the tolls when contacted. Despite that, the previous owner showed up at my house at 9 PM. I was home alone with my children when a strange man rang my doorbell in the dark. That is terrifying, unacceptable, and a massive invasion of privacy. There is no excuse for a former owner having access to our home address. Someone at this dealership failed — badly. Even worse, we have repeatedly tried to contact management and no one will call us back. This situation put my family’s safety at risk. If you value your privacy or security, think twice before doing business here.

Fabiola was the greatest very informative, very truthful about everything, had an awesome friendly personality and made everything stress free . She helped me find the dream jeep I’ve always wanted! Thank you Fabiola for your time and effort very happy and loving my jeep
