Walmart Auto Care Center

When I came into the auto center there was no one behind the counter. I looked into the shop to see two guys sitting down watching a third working. I tried to go back out so I could ask for help and automatic door wouldn't open. Finally a young man, one of the two that was sitting down came out. Acting annoyed he asked what I needed. I explained we were on the way to our grandsons birthday party and needed a tire repaired. He said it would take an hour and a half. I asked if I could leave the tire. He said yes, if I took it off myself. I did, they said they could put it on when i returned. When I returned the manager said if I wanted then to put it on it would be a 45 minute wait. They said there were four cars ahead of me. I asked how that was if I had dropped it off earlier. I ended up p

The worst experience ever. Oil change an tire rotation took almost 3 hours. I understand they slow. But 3 hours. Is ridiculous. They have time to be on their phones and chatting. Car sat in the bay for over an hour a they didn’t even touch it. The two ladies at the counter were friendly and were even like why is it taking so long. The so called certified techs def should rethink their career choice.

Went 2 times for a simple tire rotation and was told that it was gonna be over a hour!! So waiting again for round 3! They have plenty of help and take forever

They lost pieces to my car leaving a part hanging from my vehicle. The worst part is they didn’t even inform me in the moment, i found out by the parts of my vehicle scrapping against the road. I went back to have th fix it and the cashier was incredibly rude telling me “we can just remove the part from your car”.. how insane is it to not replace something you guys failed to PUT back on! He then tells me to try a different Walmart like the original issue didn’t stem from them. Avoid at all costs!! I will not be returning

We purchased new tires earlier this year. Today, I found two of the tires shredding apart. One of them losing air. When I took the car in to get the tires repaired this evening, the kid tells us that the lug nuts are swollen. Then tells us that swollen lug nuts are caused from the heat. However, they deny us service. All the while telling each other to hurry up because they want to close already. THEN come to find out, the lug nut is not swollen. IT’S STRIPPED!!!! Excuse me? We bought the tires from there. Have had no issues up until now. Which clearly means that either the crew who installed the tires to begin with stripped them or you did buddy!!! Thankfully, we were able to make it home. Unthankfully, some kids these days just don’t care and have no customer service. How dare they send
