I don’t normally write reviews but Max and staff at NRP deserve one. Went in to get coolant lines, water pump, parking brake cable, and brake pads replaced on my 2017 330i. While my car was there they found and showed me pictures of issues that the BMW service center didn’t address the week before. They were very knowledgeable, had all the answers to my questions, and I’ve scheduled a follow up appointment for thrust arms and tie rods that need attention soon. Solid price for the work and a business like this deserves recognition. Good stuff guys👍🏼

I have owned BMWs since my first purchase, a 1999 M3 vert bought In 2020, and over the years have found it very difficult to find a dealership alternative BMW service center that I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with. North Raleigh Performance was recommended to me by a fellow BMW fanatic who expressed their care and their expertise. On many occasions they have accommodated not only what my vehicle needed but also accommodate each of their customers to their needs. System is flawless, I always drive off smiling as I accelerate past 6k RPM, almost like my pocket was not any lighter after the visit. Thank you NRP. See you all at Burgers and Bimmers.

Amazing experience! Harrison and the owner, Max, were great to work with. I had a Valvetronic Design exhaust installed on my F95, and the team did an excellent job from start to finish. Chris, the installer, was fantastic—he even had me come into the shop as the final touches were being made to ensure everything met my expectations. I picked up the vehicle last Friday, and as promised, they stayed after closing to fine-tune the install. I couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism and attention to detail from the entire team at NRP. I’ll definitely be back soon for a downpipe install!
