Technik Imports

I own a 2019 Audi Q5, I tried the dealer for service, but wasn't satisfied (high prices, long wait). I searched for a shop that had reasonable prices, good customer service and were trust worthy. I found that with Technik Imports, I have been there three times for different items needed ( brakes, turbo, oil change). I love the communication, they have call, text, email, the information is easy to process, no pressure sales, knowledgeable staff and it seems from the customer interaction everyone feels good about the shop and the service like myself. I'm glad I found Technik, I drive 45 miles one way to get my car serviced, and its close to other shops if you need something to eat or drink while you wait ( they do have a great waiting area as well). I recently became a first time customer as a new-to-me tdi sportwagen owner. I'd heard of their sister store in Cary and was super pleased that this location was just around the corner from my place. I expected great service based on their reputation and my experience did not disappoint. I had my transmission serviced, the turnaround was quick - dropped off in the am, picked up in the pm - and the price was very competitive (I called four shops before booking). I'll be back!

Technik Imports does an amazing job working all 3 of my Audis. Very easy to work with and can get an appointment within a timely manner too. When something comes up, their staff is very knowledgeable and talk you through the diagnostics of the issues and the break down of the costs associated with the visit. I would definitely suggest them to anyone who needs work on their car in the future.

Dope spot! Make sure you stop in and check Tyler (Service Writer) and Mechanic Steven (Best of the Best) to get help with your import. We have been rocking with this team for the past 5 plus years for our VW at their Cary, NC location. Now they have opened this import location to expand the business to tackle more imports from all over.
