North Shore Towing

Where do I start. My wife was at home and called Subaru roadside as her new EV had a flat tire and there is no spare or way to jack it up. The first two companies that were dispatched declined to come to our ranch as it is off road. Roadside then sent North Shore Towing out, and Bobby arrived to help. Since I was out of town my wife handled the whole thing and relayed to me the entire story. Bobby was superb and professional above and beyond, from a husband to you Bobby thanks and your great service will reward yourself and the company you work for. P.s. my dogs tell me you are ok. Exceptional service. Our car broke down on 431 on a weekend night, and they were fast, reliable, and incredibly helpful in getting the car and dropping it off for repair. We were anxious, and the driver was reassuring with his efficiency and competence. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't ever need to).

Bobby helped tow our mini van, they were fast, reliable and honest. If you need a towing company in lake Tahoe or incline village I would strongly recommend them.

Bobby is probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only was his knowledge about the truck great, his level of service is something we all haven't seen in a long time. He just does his job, he's happy to do it, and he make sure that his clients are comfortable. I had the pleasure of riding with him for a couple of hours and it couldn't have went better. I'm actually glad that the contracted towing company in Fernley Nevada didn't want to take the call, Bobby came out of North Lake Tahoe to get me. I'm around 52 years old and I remember a time when America was built on service and making sure their customers were taken care of. Bobby made it feel like the old days, I can't thank him enough and I'm glad he is on the road taking care of all of us.

I called North Shore from out of the area after my son got locked out of his car near Incline. David from North Shore immediately answered the phone in a professional manner, got my son back into his car, and we worked out payment over the phone. I payed a reasonable rate for quick, professional service and the entire transaction start-to-finish took a half hour. Grateful for David and highly recommend his service!
