North Side Service Center

The team was friendly and knowledgeable. I was told by another service center. I had an oil leak. I call NorthSide Service to ask what my option were. They were able to assist quickly to get my car in to be inspected. Northside found no oil leak that it was the line going from radiator to transmission was the leak. My car was repaired same day. I am extremely thankful for the skills and knowledge the team has at Northside Service Center. I will be taking my car there for now on.

DJ at the front desk is great and explains things super thoroughly and doesn't talk down to you. They are not afraid to tell you if you don't absolutely need to spend money on something. My visit ended up being cheaper than they had originally told me, and my new brakes are working great. I will always come back to them!!

The guys here are great. Some shops you will feel like an idiot because you don't know as much about cars as they do, but north side has never made me feel that way. Thankfully both times I have had to visit them recently the problem was much smaller, and quicker to fix than believed. The costs seems reasonable as both problems were under $50 and took less than 1 hrs to complete. I am very glad we had a friend recommend them.

After a terrible visit to the local Toyota dealer and being pretty much irritated with there diagnosis and lack of the correct repair i felt it time to find another set of eyes. Looking at local searches they appeared and reviews were very impressive. Long story short - after spending $750 without a fix at Toyota and then quoted another $2000. I am very happy to say after $900 they fixed the issue and repaired the Toyota dealers damage. After getting the truck home it would not start and sent a truck over, repared it and did not charge for the tow. A totally/coincidental issue that had nothing to do with the original repair. Customer for life and i will tell everyone.

Had an issue with my car making a loud screeching sound and I found North Side Service Center when I did quick web search for a shop. I called and DJ said stop by and he will check it out. Despite being short staffed he worked my vehicle into the shop right away and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He got me in and out in less than an hour. Could not have more more kind or helpful to an out of towner. Greatly appreciate him - we could use more people like him in the world!
