Excellent customer service. Great communication before repairs began, status during repairs and job was completed before the actual estimated time. The car looks great and the shop actually helped with the return of the rental car. I would recommend North Texas Collision Center to anyone.

North Texas Collision Center went above and beyond to take care of a couple of scraps on the side of my vehicle. Tom Carpenter assisted me with the estimate and did the repair work fast and didn’t charge me anything. Friendly staff and nice clean lobby to wait in. Highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of vehicle body work done.
