If I could give 10 stars I would! Dustin and his family did a great job on taking care of my car after I had a horrible experience with another shop. The price was excellent for a new transmission. Their service was extremely professional and honest. The communication was excellent. If you need transmission work, I highly recommend North Texas Transmission!

Dustin at North Texas Transmissions diagnosed a transmission problem that a dealership had errantly fixed and was ultimately trying to get me to replace a transmission that didn't need to be replaced. Dustin saved me $7000.00 and diagnosed the problem for FREE. I had an encounter with a local dealership that was recommending that I needed a new transmission on a car that is extremely reliable by make model and year and had its transmission religiously serviced and had low miles for age. The car went into transmission limp mode and was taken to the dealership with a resultant code that said a certain solenoid had failed, but the dealer ship recommended that the transmission needed to be replaced regardless-$7000.00 for a certified rebuilt transmission. After the Cadillac dealer diagnosed a transmission issue as requiring total replacement I decided to get a second opinion. Dustin took a look and determined that the problem could be corrected with a rewire of the connection to the computer within the transmission. His effort and knowledge saved me a great deal of money and time! He was totally honest and professional!! Will always refer and use North Texas Transmission! They Care!!

I had some concerns about my transmission and Dustin shot strait with me; said the slight lag in transition is common with my model and recommended we service the transmission according to the service schedule when it’s time.
