I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that turned out to be mechanically unsound shortly after purchase. When issues surfaced, the dealer, Rick, initially agreed to cover diagnostic costs but later refused to follow through. Communication was inconsistent, and attempts to resolve the issue directly were unsuccessful. I filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office, neither of which received any response from the dealership. We ultimately pursued legal action. Although the case is now resolved through a settlement, we still lost approximately $1,000 out of pocket. We were interested in checking out a vehicle but they wouldn't pick up the phone. We drove by, it looks like a front for something. Then I read the Many 1 star reviews and took it as a warning.

Amazing spot. Forget all the other reviews, got an amazing 2002 corolla with VERY low mileage at a low price. Come here if you need a reliable cheap car

We got completely swindled. We bought a car with a really fast talking salesperson named Ashton. She assured us their mechanic checked out the vehicle and nothing was wrong, but they had us sign a purchase agreement that apparently excluded the engine from the limited warranty. We had the car one day! One day! And boom flashing lights. Took it to the mechanic and he said the motor is bad. I spoke to Rick, who landed up speaking to me like I was stupid and wished me luck when I told him that I was going to the better business bureau. I will never do business here again and I hope no one else does either. Go to Forthright auto!

Dishonest auto sales! This should be the name of this business. Rick should be ashamed of his business, selling junk cars that only last a few days before problems arise with vehicles.
