FIVE STARS: Met with Cynthia Moran. Toured facility and saw great layouts. Quality workmanship throughout. All had a wow factor, a couple places had a WOW factor. Great tour. Worth seeing. Two stars on Feb 1, 2020 On Signs say demo open 7 days between certain hours. Demo locked. Called number on sign, voice message says demo only open M-F.
Very nice and quiet for Active 55 and over. Everyone waves when you go by and just in general very cordial! The houses are all well kept because they do have a housing association to maintain the appearance. A major plus is an exclusive walking park that only residents have access to.
A high quality community. The builder uses top notch materials in the construction of these homes. Also, the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.
Smartly appointed neighborhood, interior design is outstanding and appealing to open style living.
Attended a bridal shower at the community center. Met all the gracious family and friends of the bride to be.❤️
