Everyone there did an amazing job taking care of my baby. They walked me through all of my paperwork and took care to check in throughout the process. My car looked so good when I got her back, that I wasn’t sure she was mine! They have my complete trust!

NE Autobody was incredible to work with. From start to finish they were willing to help, honest and transparent. It took about 2.5 weeks to fix my van and the work is impeccable. They were even able to put me in a loaner so I don’t have to pay for a rental. 10/10 recommend.

Northeast body shop is not a shop I would trust for the Johnston location. I was recommended to this shop by a family member and on top of it, the manager said to me that they were the place to go and the other shop I had intended to contact was not the one. Since I was recommended by a family member to go to northeast, I trusted that they were rite for my vehicle needs. They were friendly and welcomed me with open arms.well all I am going to say is don’t judge a book by its cover. Once I gave my keys to the shop, was I in for a treat. A month later after waiting, I did a look around once I received the vehicle back.I noticed the interior was not shampooed properly. Also, the plastic was greasy and grimy from the chemicals they have used. When it came to the exterior, there was swirl marks
