They have fair prices and the customer service is great, they are very honest and refer you to great places if needed. Especially if you are a female they don’t take advantage of that.

Had a great experience with Northern Auto. They have a great staff and great customer service. The past two days they assisted me with putting air in my tires and said that I probably had a slow leak. I brought it in this and that's what it was. Jay explained everything to me thoroughly and got me and my tire taken care of right away.

Jeff and his staff at Northern Auto are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable respectful and efficient. I have been taking my vehicles to him for many years now and will continue to do so in the future. When repairs are needed he explains it to me in terms that I can understand. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable. Veterans are welcome. I recommend him to all my family and friends. He is very trustworthy and will help you in any way he can.
