I have been going to Todd at Northland Auto Repair for 25yrs. He is friendly, kind, and honest. He always lets my husband and I know which repairs are needed for our safety and which are cosmetic or unnecessary. I would recommend him to anyone needing their car looked at.

Being a customer for many years, I can sum up all the service I’ve experienced into one word: Excellent! My 1993 Mercedes had a major issue recently, a challenge only the experienced, knowledgeable and patient owner could unravel! I sing praise and highly recommend this business 100%.

I used to follow the reviews of the customers like me to service every time but , this time I hit the bummer. I took my car for oil change and reverse light change and asked him to run a diagnostic if there is any issue but all he told me was that engine oil was replaced and reverse light was changed and that’s all but the charges he put on me was shocking … $325 . So whoever is looking for the reviews be cautious and be smart don’t fully follow the previous reviews becoz I found that deceiving plus most of them were reviewed few years ago. I learned my lesson and sharing my reviews so that you guys don’t get overpriced for minor repairs.

I decided to take my van here based on the reviews I read here and elsewhere. I am thrilled with my choice. I received a prompt estimate and Tore explained exactly what needed to be done. The price was extremely reasonable, and work was completed the same day. When I got my van, Todd showed me the old parts. He was kind, patient, and honest, This will be my new auto repair shop.

So I drive a 85 Pontiac around the area and the vehicle was giving me some trouble. I placed my vehicle in 2 other shops no luck. Until someone told me to give this shop a try. They fixed the problem very fast. I am truly grateful for these guys. And I could tell the gentlemen at the front desk knew all about old school cars. He explained everything in details to me.
