Super happy with this place. Both of the ladies in the office that I talked to there seemed extremely knowledgeable and were an absolute pleasure to work with. It seems that they have seen my transmission enough to know all the weak points so they upgraded/changed some things around to make my new transmission work better than factory and it cost me $1500 less than going to the dealership. I don't think a dealership would have done all of the upgrades if any at all that Northland did. I just picked it up today and it's better than ever. Hopefully I'll stay this happy with it for another 10 years. So far though, I couldn't recommend them enough.

My 2017 Toyota Highlander with 125,000 miles was shifting erratically and in order to prevent serious damage to the transmission the system diagnostics put the car into "limp mode" limiting the car to 20 mph. I then called a towing service to take the car to Northland. After they test drove the car their diagnostics indicated the transmission needed replacing at a cost of $7,000, and was back ordered for two months. Being 300 miles from home and faced with the possibility of having to replace the car and wanting a second opinion I had the car towed to the Toyota dealer in Eau Claire at a cost of $400. Early review but I'm confident the results will sustain. Had my trans tuned by Pat and it was like getting a new truck. The shift points were spot on, keeps the truck in the power and doesn't bog the engine down. Overall I'm very impressed and Pat is a wealth of knowledge!
