Excellent service and very Friendly Staff. Was initially told I needed an new engine by the dealer. Couple days later I did a search to see what engine repair shops were in the area. Northrich Auto was the second one on the list. I'm so glad I called and Dustin answered. He said it most likely was the Turbo so I brought it over. That is what was needed and I saved thousand dollars from not needing to replace an engine, which would not have even solved the problem. Dustin was so helpful and seemed very honest. He explained what was needed and had occurred. They took video and photos of the engine/turbo before the service. I had never heard of an auto repair shop doing that before. I visited the shop for an alignment and was impressed by the friendliness and expertise of the front desk staff. They conducted a complimentary inspection of the undercarriage suspension components, clearly indicating which parts required replacement. I received my alignment along with a detailed technical sheet of the results, a courtesy that many other shops do not provide. The owner was also welcoming and appeared honest, a rarity in the automotive industry today. He even gave me a tour of their state-of-the-art alignment machine. I highly recommend this shop and will certainly return for any future repairs.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. I guess they were busy, because my car wasn’t ready until the next day (over 24 hours later), which is fine, I just wish someone had called me to let me know it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Any updates I got were through me calling them. They were thorough in the inspection and took pictures and videos of everything going on with my car, so that was nice. They were communicative and thorough in that aspect. Overall, I was happy with the services I received, but I felt like I was left in the dark while my car was there. — Update: after speaking with Mike, I have a lot more confidence in returning to Northrich.
