Good service, but the budget for car repairs is exceeded and I as a customer did not like that, I do not recommend it for that reason. They exceed too much and do not even meet my expectations of your budget, so therefore it seems to me a kind of blackmail scam in that sense. I narrate my experience. And the customer is always right.

Northridge Collision Center went above and beyond in taking care of me. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. They are incredibly efficient and highly skilled at what they do. Any concerns I had before or after were promptly addressed and resolved. Sylvia, in particular, was a delight to work with; she was always there to provide assistance. I highly recommend Northridge Collision Center for their exceptional service and expertise.

If you want your car to be more damaged than when you drop it off, you can use this body shop. If you like working with a bunch of liars and crooks, you can use this body shop. If you like to spend more money out of your pocket, use this body shop. I took in my Lexus for repair on front side fender and door. When I picked up the car after they repaired the car, there was an error message on the dash stating that safety sensors were inoperable. This indicator was not on when I dropped off the car. However, Northridge Collision kept insisting that they did not cause this error and it was there before (flat out lie). Then they blamed work from a previous body shop that replaced the side mirror, saying they used a non OEM mirror which caused the problem (again a flat out lie). They said I need

Took in my Tahoo with black dull hood paint that looked worse and worse to Northridge Collision center ., after a few days, when I first saw it, the hood looked brand new, they also had washed it, so the whole truck looked sparkling and shiny . Thank you to the friendly staff, and their workers, very accommodating and pleasant to deal with . Anyone with the Chevrolet Tahoe factory hood paint issues , should really take their SUV to this shop.

They are very accommodating. The repairs on the gash/scrape of my door were excellent and they even went above and beyond in re-wiring the dash cam i had installed myself for free. It had nothing to do with the repairs and i was surprised with their kindness in taking upon themselves to fix it for me. I also got my car back in a much cleaner condition than what i had given them initially. 10/10
