Northridge Speedwash

I had a one‑year subscription with this car wash, and I ended up canceling it because the wash itself damages the car’s paint, and after the tire shine service, the wheels are left with black spots that are extremely difficult to remove. What really pushed me to write this review was the unprofessional behavior of the manager. Today, out of habit, I stopped by just to vacuum my car (honestly, the vacuum is the only decent thing they have), and the employee started threatening me and told me not to come back. I paid for your service for an entire year — you had every opportunity to show good customer service, and I might have renewed my subscription. Bottom line: the wash is terrible, and the staff are rude. There is absolutely no understanding of friendliness or customer care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SpeedWash provides excellent service. The value for money is unbeatable, and both the monthly or individual passes are very convenient. Customer service always stands out, with Ana and Gaby consistently attending with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy the monthly service. I go to Northridge car wash at least twice a week. VERY friendly staff always greeting me with a smile. I highly recommend this car wash to all my friends and family.

I’ve been coming to the Northridge location since it open and it’s been amazing. The customer service has never changed. The employees are always super nice. Wonderful self serve car wash, I have been to many throughout the Valley and Northridge is convenient, easy, fast, and great staff to help if needed. There’s always a spot available for vacuuming and now they have air compressor. Then only thing I would suggest and I have been coming since they opened is the dry spinner machine at the end.
