The welcome at this dealership is excellent. Rosendo Espinoza was the salesman who helped me. He was very kind and professional. He helped me get a good deal and a reasonable price, It was a 10/10. I highly recommend him. He is patient and listens to what you need. If you want a pleasant experience, look for him.
Remember, treat dealerships like casinos. We went to look at cars and get some pricing after they gave us the assessment the actual numbers they wouldn’t let us take a picture. They wouldn’t let us take a copy home. They weren’t willing to play ball with the price or any of the extra BS options “ they installed” I DO NOT recommend this dealership. Do not fall for the with this credit score I can make an assessment on the interest rate TRAP.
Purchased my car from Toyota for lots of money and now i need permission from my mechanic to purchase a part for it. Silvio is not only not nice but rude and has zero customer service skills and not shy at all to show how disrespectful he is to Toyota clients. Worst experience I've had for quiet a long time.
Best place to ensure the parts you buy are not fake. These guys will take care of you. 👍🥇💯 Best parts team in the valley. 😎🥳
Love the service experience. They have a big lounge with lots of tables, an espresso machine, and Porto's is across the street!
