I wouldn’t invest in the membership. They are closed all the time — so when your car is its saltiest/dirtiest, you can’t depend on them to be open. They simply set their machines to out of order and leave you high dry. This happened to me three separate times within the same month. And when I canceled my service, there was no inquiry about what I was dissatisfied with — and as a business owner, that is sort of a red flag. The washes are fine, nothing particularly special — except the machine dryer doesn’t give you enough time, so your vehicle ends up drying all streaky.

Finally decided to get my car detailed after I saw the results of my roommates' car, and needless to say, I was impressed for a second time. From the exterior to the interior's nooks and crannies, my car looked and smelled like when I first bought it at the dealership! On a side note, they do charge extra for the full detail based on how dirty your car is, and you know what, that's totally fair because there was plenty of dirt, grime, and crumbs over the course of the eight years that I owned the car ( I know, shame on me for letting it get that bad...). Overall, highly recommend this place for your detailing needs!

I was coming here for years. Used to be around $50-$60 for a full service. Now it costs $600 a year ONLY for a car wash. Then to do the inside its an extra $35. Not to mention they only care if you have a membership, or else they dont care about you. When i mentioned how expensive it got, the employee there started to get an attitude with me. Going from $50 to almost $90 over night, not to mention the forced membership is an insane price increase! It used to be a great place that you can trust. But obviously they dont care about the customers but only about ripping them off and taking their money. No one come here. They lost their ways and they lost a customer.
