With mine being an older model car, being able to have it restored to near-mint condition rather than having to replace it is a godsend. Northside Collision met or exceeded all of my expectations on all counts. The staff were attentive to my needs, answered all of my questions, followed through with regular and timely updates, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I cannot recommend them enough. If you were still on the fence, let me tell you in no uncertain terms: Stop looking, and call Northside Collision. They're worth every penny.

Had some rusted rocker panels repaired and a few fenders painted. Came out looking like new.

I had a nightmare of a time dealing with my insurance and these guys fought them on my behalf and got the quote approved for what was needed. Brian, the owner, was super thorough. Other shops would have just taken any aftermarket part to save cost and time but he got only the beat oem parts for my car. I'm so glad they were the ones to take care of my vehicle repairs.

Not recommend at at all. I needed repairs to my vehicle, told them it was a cash payment. He wouldn't do the work because it was an insurance claim. Out for the money of the insurance company. My money was no good!

I went to get a new towing package bc someone hit me from behind, they had the parts within a week and only took them a few hours and I was back in my truck with a new towing package to tow a bigger trailer. I called several shops, and these guys were the only ones that didn't have a month wait. I'd give 10 stars if I could just for how quick they were. They are very nice people, and I didn't feel like I was overcharged. This will be the only place I take my truck in future occasions!
