Northside Llantas

Super nice, professional folks who worked me in to their schedule when I really was due for new tires. They're great, and I appreciate them! 😊

Went yesterday. Charged me $20 for a plug. This morning woke to completely flat tire. Went back this morning and told us to come back in 30 min then said come back in 40 minutes. Went elsewhere. They didn’t even plug the tire. Just put air in.

They receive a 5* star, because they earned it. A friend needed 3 tires for her vehicle. Her daughter had taken the wheels off the vehicle. She loaded them up and headed to Llantas. When she arrived she was immediately greeted. Follow up by explaining what she needed. They had all three tires in stock . They replaced and balanced quite quickly. She paid them, got a receipt. We loaded them up, and left. She's been driving on them for over 3 weeks with zero problems. Great places for used tires. Great selection. Comparable pricing. Give them a try if you're looking for a good quality used tire!

Was charged for a tire plug that never occurred. Went back and company refused to correct. Will not recommend.

Terrible place, wouldn’t even give them a star. They are overpriced and sell terrible tires, bought a tire for $40 and within a week it popped. We went to see if they could replace it for a lower price due to it not being our fault, and they didn’t even look at the tire size before they were saying no we don’t have that size, and blaming us, when we didn’t even hit anything. And yes partially our fault because we have had other family members complain, but this was the shop closest to our house, but never again. They are rude and don’t own up to their mistakes.
