If I could give them 10 STARS it wouldn’t be enough. I recently had a flat tire, they went above and beyond getting the tire replaced for me so I could continue my drive back home to Wisconsin. So courteous and honest. Every employee that I interacted with was incredibly nice. Wes had to drive to Pensacola to find the tire I needed. They will definitely get my return business when I am back in the area. Thank you so much to everyone at NORTH SIDE.

Wesley and his team are absolutely amazing. I had just put new wheels and tires on my LX570 and the local shop in Pensacola had used the wrong lug nuts. Took it on a road trip up to Blue Ridge and it held until the way back…sheared off two studs just north of Brewton on the way home at 10pm. Having been stranded in the middle of nowhere with a relatively rare foreign vehicle before, I was ready for the worst (rental vehicle and a tow back to Pensacola). I decided to trust the reviews of Northside and boy, am I glad I did. I showed up at 8am—Wesley said they’d fit me in immediately and get me back on the road.
