Very pleasant group at the Brewton Vavoline Center. They make the experience very positive for the customers and interact with them as well as work together the best I have seen anywhere, that includes there general manager as well! The best place to get your oil change!
Go there all the time. They have a whole new staff now. Not impressed. Didn't have the same experience that I always had for the last couple of years. People you know I call it like it is! Maybe it's just me? If you go there give us a review. When I find someplace more comparable I will let you all know. Until then Godspeed and be careful out there on that road.🤠
I would suggest staying away from this place!!! They over filled my oil and caused head gasket to leak. I smelled a burning of oil two days later. I checked level and it was about a quart high. By time I made it back to them to complain, they stated it was low. Yeah,it is low now,leaking from top head gasket caused that!! DONOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!!
My husband went in on 12/20/25 to get his oil changed they charged him $58.99. Now just 3 months ago he was charged $30.83. So thats a 94.19% increase in your prices. Why are you doing this to customers? I will be notifying the BBB. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. This is price gouging your customers. Oil is way down. How is it that you sleep at night doing this to your customers?!
The staff and manager, Zach, went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. I will continue to use Valvoline as my go to place for an oil change. Keep up the good work!
