Northstar Truck Wash

3/9/26 came in for a truck. Trailer, the wash wax and citrus $155. And 50 cents. And they did not touch a single wheel on the truck at all Just as dirty as when I'd drove in. It will be the last time.Eastman 320. I truly don't know what's going on over there. But I will utilize the blue Beacon from now on. Thank you

The employee's are rude! I don't care how good of a job they do, treat your customers with respect or they won't come back. This will be my first and only visit. I had to go back and make them finish the job. Once the manager seen my truck, he said no problem. He'll wash it himself. Do better Northstar.

Got a truck wash here for the first time today, and I’m very satisfied with the job they did. The guys are to deal with, which is a big plus. Thanks guys!!!

Highly recommend the blue beacon just across town. Haven't had them wash my truck since it was repainted 2 years ago but needed a washout so I figured it would be safe. Now I have a truck with scratches all over it on the drivers side. Called to tell them and all I heard was we have the softest brushes and they don't scatch and the manager has been there 11 years so he knows . Basically got told to screw off super rude and argumentative. Terrible place. Got told I had a bad paint job but 2 years of being washed and it's never been scratched like this. Bay floor was covered in mud so my guess is the brushes had stuff in them that did the damage.

These guys do a great job...all hand wash...get up on ladder to scrub the roof..take time to make sure it looks great when you leave. Thanks guys ...ill be back for more business
