A waste of time they take advantage of women. I purchased a vehicle from there previously. I receive the employee discount. I was there over 2 hrs started with an estimate of my 2011 Jeep Wrangler unlimited he put in the wrong mileage basically lowball me and said it was only worth $4,300 a course I refused. If you are looking to buy a car Northtowns is where you need to go! Buying a car alone as a woman is very nerve racking but I was immediately greeted by Vinny who sat down and took the time to hear what I needed! I never felt like he was pushing anything on me and really felt his empathy when I told him about my recent accident. Amazing salesmen!!! I was then led to Justin who helped me with financing and easily explained everything taking care of any worries. Special shoutout to Gerald for being approachable and kind and Collin for picking me up after dropping my rental off. 20/5 stars, would recommend anyone who is looking to get a car in WNY!!! I will NEVER take my car back there for service. So my van (Chrysler Pacifica) has been there since December 23rd. 7 weeks and in that time they “never have a loaner”. Funny, I was picking up my snow brush out of my car (because I finally broke down and paid for a loaner vehicle), and lo and behold, 2 people are there getting loaners. They seem to think that because I have a loaner, I’m good. Meanwhile, I have to pay out of pocket for a rental to eventually get reimbursed. Yes, at least I’m getting my money back, but having to come up with the $ beforehand is hard- yes, let me just pull $2000 out of thin air. Oh, and I’m still paying for the van just to sit in their lot! - Thank you, Stellantis! Next, in that entire time my car has been there, I get updates if I’m lucky once a week. Called

Amazing customer service. They went way out of the job requirement to ensure I had the best deal when fighting with the warrantee company. Bill and David were highly knowledgeable in the field, and communicated any and all updates on my vehicle with priority. Will be returning! (Hopefully not soon)
