Northwest Auto Mall

I visited a few times while making a decision to purchase a car. Not 1 time was I pressured into buying anything. The only thing I didn't like. Was it snowed the night before, they didn't even offer to clear the car once I said I'd like to test drive it. They just handed me the keys & returned to sitting at the desk. The car I purchased is great.

Northwest Auto helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. And when the vehicle had an issue after the 30 day/1000 mile warranty period, Frank and his team still honored the warranty. We really appreciated that they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. Highly recommend!

Super patient & wonderful with my out-of-state purchase. So far, so good with the mechanics. Much thanks to Northwest Auto Mall for helping me provide the perfect birthday surprise for my boy 💙

I'd like to share my personal experience here. I recently purchased a used pickup truck from Northwest Auto Mall. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and smooth Paul made the buying process. They don't use high pressure sales tactics and push crazy scam tactics that most car dealers use. Paul answered all my questions showed me the carfax report and explained all the available options. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

very friendly people. got me into a car at a very good price. can’t stress how thankful i am for the staff!
