I can’t recommend Ryan at Northwest Automotive Authority enough! I worked with him on rebuilding my truck, and from start to finish, he was upfront, honest, and transparent about everything. I have a background in auto mechanics, so I know my way around vehicles, and it was immediately clear that he knows exactly what he’s doing. He made the entire process easy to work with, answered all my questions without hesitation, and was fair with pricing. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can trust completely, but Ryan at Northwest Automotive Authority is definitely one of them.

Ryan with northwest automotive did a great job helping me do some work on my 2006 f450. He did the air, fuel and oil filter. He also found that my turbo was leaking oil so he replaced it and the turbocharger intercooler pipes. Found out my batteries were bad and gave me a great deal on two large truck batteries that he stocked in house. Truck has 1k miles since service and has no issues. I also had my transmission fluid changed by him as well.

Great mechanic. Ryan swapped my blown engine for a brand new crate motor. Car runs great and he got it done in 3 days! I will be returning for all my automotive needs!

Ryan went out of his way to get my headlight working when ive been without it for a year. Excellent communication and will be using his business in the future.
