Absolutely amazing dealership! I worked with Angel to get my 2026 Chevy traverse and from beginning to end he was very kind and wanted nothing more than to give me great service! He was very accommodating, as I wanted to do 99% of the deal via text as I have to arrange childcare in order to go spend hours at the dealership. He got everything ready to go and done so all we had to do was go in and sign! I highly recommend not only this dealership but also Angel if you plan on getting a new vehicle! :)

I let Johnny B know what I was looking for, and my price point. He hit me up a couple days later with a newer car with far less miles than I could have dreamed, and it was within my budget (somehow!?). Johnny told me what it would cost out the door before I even showed up, and when I did, everything was EXACTLY as he told me it would be, not what you’d expect when buying a new car. Absolutely wonderful experience. The finance guy, Josh B was also an absolute joy to work with. All in all, best car buying experience to date. Will definitely be getting my business in the future. Always amazing service to take care of my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado RST that I bought new there. A quick detail, service inspection and maintenance while waiting in the comfortable and accommodating customer waiting area (and able to plug in my laptop and work with a great cup of coffee). Tony, the service manager, is professional and courteous as always, and I appreciate him and the team at Northwest Chevrolet for their top notch work.

Smooth deal. Arrived with my family. No pressure test drive (they let us load up and drive around town about 20 minutes without a sales associate) I’m still here. The add ons were removed without a fuss (they added no value to us). We asked for a warranty but needed to keep our payment reasonable. They accommodated. Did what they could on the trade and got us a good warranty at their cost. Please remember when buying a used car there is much less margin for a discount. You have to let them make a little money as long as they meet all your needs and put you in the situation that makes sense for you. They ticked every box and had us out in a couple hours total. If they have the car you want. Give them a chance to earn your business.
