Located just on the East side of town, sits Northwest Equipment Sales Mack/Volvo. Had a very serious breakdown and being an over the road trucker, thank God I came here. Dave, my mechanic was very diligent in inspecting my rig and the mechanical issues, as well as finding other things that would cause more problems down the road. The rest of the staff here are very professional, and the service manager Dean runs a tight ship! Labor is $107/hour. I can't say enough about Northwest Equipment sales in Twin Falls. I am traveling in my motorhome and heard high whining pitch from the diesel pusher. I called and spoke to the Service Manager Dean. This was on Monday morning, I asked if he could fit me in as I was traveling through Twin Falls on Wed. I arrived at 8 am when they opened. Dean walked outside and heard it crawled under the Rig. He correctly thought it was a Exhaust Manifold leak. We asked if they had a place to park until they could get look at it. Dean moved me to the other side and even had a 20amp connection for me to hook up and said we could stay in The RV. Great place to have your truck worked on, they know what they are doing and fix it right the first time and pricing is actually low compared to the other Dealer shops in the area. Sometimes it might take a bit longer depending on how swamped they are, but Dean tries to get you in and out as quickly as possible
