I came to this shop because another shop specializing in foreign cars tried to convince me that I needed a new water pump. I'm not totally illiterate when it comes to engines because I was raised by a dad who insisted I know enough to not get duped. I went to NW and they confirmed my suspicion and earned my trust and I'll never go to another shop. They're not just honest mechanics though, they're also just good folks. I work at an Equine Rescue and Sanctuary and after Hurricane Helene, Kevin and his team stepped up. They traveled 6+ hours with us before roads were even passable to deliver much needed supplies to hard hit areas in Western North Carolina. Had a couple of things done here and they do excellent work, friendly and are very honest. My truck had a bad sensor in the fuel tank which they replaced. A few months later had another sensor go off for the gas cap. I took it back and they did a replacement and the labor and didn’t charge me a dime. Very impressed with the place. Thanks.

I called the other day and spoke with a gentleman named Alan about a 2017 mini Cooper I was interested in for my son. Although we decided to hold off for now, we really appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable he was. He also gave us a few tips on where to get the best financing from which really helped. When we are ready, we will be coming to do business!

Nice cars but bad service. Trying calling for multiple days, text option didn’t get results either. I guess they have enough business without me. May be ok if you live close and can come in. Says appointment only for Saturday but again someone needs to answer or return a call for that to be an option. I trying using cargurus and left a voicemail on Friday with my name and number so that’s not true that you have no record but it’s fine. Not driving 2 1/2 hours to deal with you. Not mad just aggravated. I really wanted to talk about a truck you have but I guess not.

First time coming here and they did an amazing job, davi had amazing customer service, Alan did amazing work on my car , and Gilbert was amazing as well 10/10 would recommend
