Northwest Tire

The desk fellas were really friendly and helpful. The lobby seating was almost full with customers. I was surprised they finished the 5 tires so quickly. I was home within an hour and a half. I'm happy with the price. When shopping around online, I expected it to cost much more. I appreciate they didn't try to upsell me on anything while they had my car. On my receipt, they did print out recommendations of things to be done in the near future. I'm grateful for those observations.

They were 5 minutes to close i had an emergency where I needed a tire put on a rim and they took it and got it all changed for me quick as could be i appreciated the quick service and instant willingness to take a job even tho they were getting ready to go home 5 out 5 for me.

A year or so ago i brought my van to NW Tire to have front tires put on back and new tires put on the front. I also ordered a 4 wheel alignment. I picked up my van and my son in law, a certified auto mechanic, checked the bill and I was charged for shims on both sides. Only one shim was used. $25 overcharge. I returned asked for my $ and the mechanic was not happy about it. Well, yesterday we went into Bemidji and my son in law noticed my rear tire has steel cords showing. Here are the pictures. I don’t believe they did the rear alignment, but charged me for it. This is the rear passenger tire. He also said the drivers side rear tire is wearing unevenly. I am very disappointed in the quality of service. I had to buy a new tire.

Northwest Tire in Bemidji is fantastic! Manager Will is just wonderful and very helpful! I will always bring my vehicle here for service!

NW tire truck didn't seem to care that they cut into the core of the tires I asked to replace after I specifically asked them to give me the old tires back. We had plans to use them on something else around the yard. They also put grease/grime on the passenger seat on light beige cloth seats. This is a new RV! They tried to clean it and we did too after getting it home, but it's still stained. The supervisor/ boss didn't seem to care or please this customer. We're NOT going back.
