Northwest Tire

I tried calling corporate before leaving this review. No response. I paid $800 for 4 new tires. As I drove away my tire sensor flashed it was low. I returned and was treated like an idiot and told I needed to drive it to reset. I went for food (in heavy traffic) watching it get lower and lower. I got out and could hear air escaping. By the time I got back AGAIN it was at 12 psi. I was once again treated like dirt. They fixed it and I will be going elsewhere to have the torque and pressure re-checked. Do not go here.

After a recent oil change and letting my truck sit overnight, oil had pooled on my garage floor, all the way to work, and also in the work parking lot. See pictures. This is not the first time I've have issues with this location. The first time I had issues, they left off the oil cap after an oil change and my engine had oil all over it. Didn't notice for several weeks that the oil cap was left off after an oil change was performed by Northwest Tire.

Best in town. Love these guys. Prompt, honest, accommodating, fair. I bring all my rigs there, always will.

I had my youngest son go to NW Tire to get his tires checked. I told the shop to get him the best tires they had if his vehicle needed new tires. I also told them to make sure everything was good with balance, etc. He was planning on heading back to school in Az yesterday. After purchasing four new tires my son realized that the car was pulling to the right and out of alignment. He ended up needing to go back to the tire shop this morning and get a wheel alignment. I'm certainly not happy with the service at this facility. My son also said that they were very rude. It's Probably my last time using this tire shop, even though I've used them quite often in the past.

Great place to work with. They have a courtesy vehicle to drop you off and pick you up as well. Ask for the oil change key chain. Every 5th oil change is free - and I drive a lot so I use one every year!
