Excellent! fair! stand behind the product! Stand behind their service! Went way above and beyond for me and I’m sure they would do the same for ! I highly recommend North Northwest tire in Brandon, South Dakota! Here’s the long story for those of you that may have doubts. I assure you that after this you will not have any doubts, but this is the right shop to bring your vehicle too without any worries and that you can trust which is a hard part in the auto service industry. NWT has helped me in a pinch so many times. Just blew a tire on my trailer they told me to bring it down and they would quick get one on for me. Best customer service and Mike is so knowledgeable thankful for the ways they helped us out.

I had car trouble traveling home from Sioux Falls and came upon this place recommended by a shop who wasn't able to help me right away. Matt and the fellas at this place were great. They worked me in and got me back on the road faster than I expected. I will go back to get some follow up stuff done and if in the area and need repairs, I go again.

Super helpful and friendly people who stayed to help us out after having a popped tire on a cross-country move. Even called to check on us the next day and make sure the tire was driving good. We have brought my wife’s gmc Acadia here two times and have have had nothing but great service. We took the car to Walmart to get a new battery installed. Walmart said the alternator was bad and was overcharging the battery. We called Northwest tire to inquire about getting the alternator replaced. They tested the battery, told us there was nothing wrong with the alternator, and they didn’t even charge us for testing the battery! Then, we recently took the car here as the back end has been making a loud squeaking noise for the last year. We took the car to Billion GMC in Sioux Falls FIVE TIMES and they could never figure out what the problem was but yet they kept taking our money. We decided to take it to Northwest Tire and they found a cracked bushing and the problem was fixed on
