Scheduled our Murano for a brake check with Vern and can’t be more impressed. Called on Tuesday and dropped it off on Wednesday and finished Thursday. Toby was very professional and the work was completed ahead of time. This shop is clean and very reasonable in pricing. Parents if you are looking for a repair shop that your kids will be treated fairly and you are looking for peace of mind, this is it. So glad I found it for future repairs.

My college student son was traveling home from Minnesota to Wyoming over holiday break when his thermostat went out on his jeep. Talked and dealt with Toby and these guys were awesome! They prioritized his car to get it fixed before bad winter weather so he could get on the road, they drove him to the hotel and then picked him up, they were super responsive. I can’t say enough good about them! As a parent, I appreciate so much the car they took to help my son and make sure his car was in good order to get back in the road safely! I had some repairs done on my 6.0 ford diesel at Wirtjes recently. I am capable of handling most repairs on my own, but the problems this time were over my head. It had complex problems that required advanced diagnostic equipment and many hours of labor. I thought the labor I was charged was very fair and I received an Itemized bill for every part needed in the repair, the prices of which were all fair or better. In one case they were able to find a perfectly good used part to complete a repair that saved me about 70%. When I picked it up, the mechanic took time to explain everything that was done in great detail, showed me the parts that came out of my truck and pointed out the components that had failed. I feel they are very fair, thorough and professional.

We’re traveling across country and our tow Jeep ABS light and other idiot lights came on. There was a high pitched noise coming from the engine and other mechanical issues. I checked the reviews on this shop and we’re very happy that Vern & team could make some time in a very busy shop to replace a sensor for us. Every one was professional and friendly but most of all we really felt this is an honest shop. Would recommend to anyone. Believe the previous reviews. Thanks everyone!

The owner Vern is a great guy. I was traveling from Minneapolis when the heat in my truck went out and a blizzard was due to hit the next day. I left a message at his shop before hours. He called right away and got me in 1st thing that morning. 1st thing I noticed is how clean and organized his shop is. This is a man that takes pride in his work. No mystery why he's been in business for 34 years. He did his diagnostic, gave me his opinion and went to work. 1.5 hours later he had the heat fixed. He knew I was from out of town and knew nothing about cars. He charged me a very fair price and treated me like a local. If I lived near brandon he'd have a customer for life!
