Very prompt and professional business. We called and less than an hour later my SUV was being dropped at my house. Also, at a very reasonable price! I am extremely happy we went through Northwest. If I, or anybody else I know ever need a tow, I will refer them Everytime. Thank you guys! We appreciate you!!!

My truck had quit after I had gotten an oil change done in Anderson and by the time I had a friend check things out, it was getting late. Called for a tow and Jason came to help. He did an amazing job. He was very efficient and made sure to take care of my truck. I was so impressed with him.

If I ever need another tow, I'll definitely be calling these guys. I called them at midnight and dispatch had driver Sean Taylor #41 to my location fast! I was surprised at how fast, affordable and friendly the service was. $95 got me across town and I was home within an hour of the call. Thanks a lot Northwest and Sean, I appreciate it.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I went to get my car from the impound lot and the 2 women at the counter were more interested in doing makeup and their hair then to wait on me. I asked if it was an impound lot or beauty shop and they just laughed at me. They were very rude and disrespectful. They only take cash. But when I asked them to tow it to a body shop they could take my credit. What a way to run a business!!!!

Norm was great !! 👍 When you have to have your car towed its on your worst day especially in winter ! Norm was professional knowledgeable , kind and helpful . 10 out 10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 . And its hard being a female by yourself when this happens . Again he was respectful highly professional kind on my worst day ! 😢 THANK YOU !
