The day I picked up 2 pieces of thermal pane glass for my motorhome, I was told they broke one on the way out of the warehouse. The one they broke was the hardest piece of glass to replace on the motorhome, the passenger side. The aluminum frame had 1 slider a stationary piece in front of that and above it was the 42 x 12 section that broke. After telling me it would be a normal wait time for a new order, a week or so, I got very angry. I already waited and they broke one of the pieces before I even loaded it in my truck. With a huge hole in the side of the motorhome I convinced them to make it and a couple days later I picked it up. Six months later the thermal seal went bad.
