This place is the BEST! I've been taking my cars to Northwestern for 30 years. Justin, Mike, and the whole staff, including my personal favorite 😍 the big headed friendly dog have given me the best service over and over again and again. Good workmanship, honest trouble shooting and fair pricing, make Northwestern the only place I'll ever take my car.

I love them I will recommend everyone go here for any real professional car service. I promise they will not let you down I got my oil change here and few more other things. The customer service what on point and even the service. They have not let down not once. I promise you will love it here. Oh and it was nice and clean.

Had a slow leak that had taken to two other tire shops. These 2 were unable to fix or "unable" to fix. Was prepared to buy 4 new tires (for AWD). I even told the guy at the front desk I was ready to make the purchase. They took the time and fixed my tire and saved me $900. Could have just as easily said I needed 4 new ones. Gained a new customer life.

Mike is always so helpful! These guys do good work and prices are fair. I highly recommend.

Best Mechanic around, I have never had a complaint. You must bring your car here for excellent work
