Great service and reliability. Daryl, Tyler and Alex Were Awesome. It took about 45 minutes to complete my entire deal. I've bought several vehicles from them and each time have been super successful. I highly recommend this car lot.

Northwoods automotive, especially Darrell and Alex makes car buying a Truly honest and easy experience they were completely honest with me throughout the whole process. They allowed me to Test drive the vehicle and take it to my own mechanic before purchasing. They even rest assured me that all of their vehicles went through service whenever they got them before they put them up for sale. I have recommended many people to this place. This was my first time dealing with them personally, however, and I truly loved it. They are family oriented, and they treat everyone like as if they were family. I will not be going anywhere else.

2nd time buying a car from them since 6 years ago & it went pretty smooth. I've done drove my car to Miami, Florida of 20 hours and back with no problem & I've had it for 6 months. I also been late a few times on a payment close to a month & they still didn't try to repo my car. I don't know from others experience but I think moral of the story is have your financial situations in order so you won't have to worry about any of that. Now a days with cost of living rising, you need to have extra money saved up even doubled. So be smart! These guys are awesome.

For a used car lot, I have to say that they have been very patient patient and worked with me and my family to make the stress of buying a used car a lot less stressful! Just put down on the 4th car from them,&now we're on the lot getting ready to purchase the 5th One , Tyler is a great guy to work with,so yes I do recommend this car lot family business been here a long time for good reasons!

I had a good experience today at Northwoods automotive , Alex he helped me right away to find a great car , was really nice I test drove 2 cars and they both ran good . And Darrel was great everything went fast and smooth no complications and holdbacks. I’m excited . In and out .
