Norton Car Wash

I definitely wasn’t expecting a crappie job like I had today! For $25.00 I had expected it to be cleaner than it was! I only a couple of miles away from this place! No water on my the roads I looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all! I won’t be going back there ever! Plus no phone number on receipt either!

I utilized the self-service portion of the car wash recently. I have a classic car that I do not like to drive through the car wash. I started the self-service on high pressure soap and it covered the car very wel. Then, I switched to the high pressure rinse and was just about done with the wash, when things went bad. With about 20 seconds remaining on the timer, all of a sudden the rinse started spraying soap all over the car. I checked the setting and it was still set to high pressure rinse. There was soap all over the windshield and a good portion of the hood. So what was I supposed to do? Put another $5 in and go through that again? Absolutely not. Self service bases are not turned on, but there is no closed sign on them so it will definitely take your money and you definitely will not get your car washed The full service bases, leave water spots everywhere and doesn’t get the actual dust off the vehicle avoid this place go to LJ‘s

I give it a 3 because let's start here Trash piles up quick the workers not on site to keep an eye . And pick up trash near edges looks bad . Second the vacuum area well for the price 4 minutes go very quick that's not right. So let's raise up the timing to like 7 minutes . $2.00 that's good . Third a wash for 12.00 the drier should be doing better then what it is. $12.00 well you get more business if you dropped prices $8.00 that's a 4 dollar savings. Just try it check it out. Don't use excuses of well water cost allot and taxes went up lol come on. ! So other then that good place

Only use the touch less wash. Don't trust any carwash brushes but that's me... Recently gone there & now have a white & pink redish wax/soap all over my truck. Has gone down hill since the last time I've gone there
